At the present time:
We acquire companies which hold active licenses giving them rights to develop deposit areas and extract hydrocarbon resources (oil and gas).
We invest money into geologic exploration, drilling of exploratory and investigative wells and develop new deposit areas of oil and gas.
We test these wells, receive government sanction for our Projects of oil and gas extraction and obtain licenses for industrial exploitation of oil and gas deposit areas.
We place companies with proven and explored hydrocarbon resources on geologic balance and conduct geologic and economic assessments aimed at determining the capitalization of companies that own licenses with rights to extract hydrocarbon resources within the territory of the Russian Federation.
Based on the economic evaluation of the companies and analysis of the current demand, we determine the market value of stocks/shares of the extracting company.
Based on geologic, technical, legal and economic analysis, we make decisions concerning the sale, or our own independent development, of the discovered oil and gas deposit areas.
